I am not a doctor or psychologist. I don't have a degree in medicine or psychology. But I was a victim for most of my life. I carried the trauma of physical, mental, sexual, and emotional abuse for years. Until one day, when I decided I was not going to live as a victim anymore. My past became a part of my future so I could begin to help others just like me to live again.
I began to rewrite my future, and (to my surprise) it included all the trauma of my past.
