I CHOOSE YOU...

Within these pages are real stories of struggle and hope, of pain and joy, of addiction and abuse followed by freedom and forgiveness, grace and love, and Jesus. Within these pages are stories of young love, of loss, of new beginnings and love restored. One couple has been married less than a year and another almost 40 years. One couple met as children and another met at church at a time when they believed love to be a thing of the past. As you read, our hope is that you would begin to write your own story. That your marriage is strengthened and in turn your story would strengthen someone else. My name is Jackie Vazquez, my husband Mick and I began a journey six years ago that led us here. A dear friend told us "if you save a marriage, you save a family for generations to come" and we ran with that. We have been married over 30 years, and we decided we wanted to help others and in turn experience something new in our own marriage. We began facilitating marriage groups, then we started hosting yearly retreats, and this year we established a non-profit. Our hope is to grow this ministry and help others do what we do. Our hope is to help generations to come. We know what it is to struggle, Jesus saved our marriage and in turn our family. Our children, now young adults, are reaping the rewards of a decision we made to hold on to Jesus and hold on to each other.
