I Am Goodness

I Am Goodness was written to ignite a fire in women to tell their stories and walk in their goodness.

As women, we can find it easier to support and empower other women than it is to support ourselves. Catherine found herself in that same position as a public speaker and author. She has always loved encouraging and empowering goodness in others' lives, but found it more difficult when it came to doing so for herself.

A refugee from Sierra Leone, West Africa, Catherine will take you through a compilation of personal stories of overcoming major obstacles like coming to America without her parents at 8 years old, to losing a child, dealing with perfection and more. Catherine authentically and vulnerably invites you into her most intimate private space with some of life's hardest conversations and experiences. These obstacles ultimately birthed and developed who she is today and created the road map to owning her goodness that she so gently and passionately shares with you for your own journey to goodness.
