Hey Coach

Hey Coach, are two words that can start a conversation that can change a life. It doesn't have to be Hey Coach, it could be Hey "Whatever", what happens next is where the magic is. This is truly a book written for everyone, not just coaches. I have drawn on my years of teaching and coaching experience to provide you with a practical guide to show you how you can help make the world a better place. This book will cover the skills I have learned through the years on how to coach other people up. It doesn't matter if this is a family member, a friend, a colleague, a stranger, a student, a teammate, or even a player on your actual team.
