So it is today, when people ignore the rules and laws of a civilized society, they justify their rationale and impulsive actions by using conflict-resolution tactics that only complicate and compound the problem, causing them to act like wild animals. Thereby, reflecting an image of Christianity that creates hate in the very individuals. We all have a natural tendency to retaliate when our position on personal, political and religious views have been questioned. But in Romans 12:17-21, Christians are instructed to pray for their critics and not take up the negative behavior.
