Peter Walker, a software entrepreneur from Seattle, receives an anonymous message from someone in his past. The cryptic note begs him to fly to Europe but gives no clues as to why. Peter's curiosity gets the better of him and he embarks on a journey that marks the beginning of a complex web of intrigue, business, politics, murder, and terrorism.Upon his arrival in Europe Peter is immediately drawn into a treacherous maze lined with mysterious murders and high-tech sabotage at a Swiss telecommunications company. Little does he know he is nothing but a pawn in a much bigger plot designed to destabilize the world. In a surprising turn of events, Peter suddenly becomes the target of assassins, U.S. Special Operations forces, and eventually the entire U.S. government.
