Freedom-Driven Speech
Description
Wade Carter is a leadership coach, trainer, and founder of Premier Performance Training and Development.
Freedom-Driven Speech (the Flagship of the Company), is a powerful new book by retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant Wade Carter, is turning heads in the world of public speaking, leadership development, and military education. Drawing from over 20 years of active-duty service and thousands of coaching hours, Master Sergeant Carter dismantles the paralyzing effects of fear and equips readers to take back control-on stage, in leadership, and in life.
Unlike traditional speech manuals, Freedom-Driven Speech doesn't focus on "tips and tricks." Instead, it personifies fear as a manipulative intruder and walks readers step-by-step through the process of evicting the intruder-once and for all. This approach is deeply rooted in Carter's personal journey from shy, withdrawn Airman to Airman Leadership School (ALS) Commandant, where he coached over 1,600 military students. "Fear doesn't control you. You control him. When you take your power back, everything changes," says Carter.
With practical tools, spiritual insight, and military-tested leadership lessons, this book is especially powerful for:
-Service members preparing to lead or brief
-Veterans transitioning into civilian careers
-Military spouses, leaders, and chaplains looking for tools to encourage resilience and confidence
-Instructors, trainers, and public speakers across all sectors
Freedom-Driven Speech is a call to reclaim your voice, renew your purpose, and rise in fearless leadership. This book equips you to break free from fear-driven habits and become a voice of power, purpose, and truth.
Rooted in faith, forged through military discipline, and refined in the fires of experience, you'll learn how to:
-Confront fear-based mindsets and unlock your authentic voice
-Use storytelling and persuasion to inspire hearts and shift environments
-Turn public speaking into a training ground for leadership
-Transform feedback into fuel for fearless growth
-Speak with clarity, conviction, and confidence-no matter the setting
