Sardische Sprache, Literatur, Landeskunde, Note: 1,0, Technische Universität Dresden (Institut für Romanistik), Veranstaltung: Hauptseminar Italienische Lyrik im 20. Jahrhundert, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Dante, Petrarca, Tasso oder auch Leopardi, dies sind große Namen der italienischen Literatur, der italienischen Lyrik. Nur unterscheidet sie eines von Franco Fortini und all den anderen Lyrikern, die in dieser Hausarbeit erwähnt werden - man bezeichnet sie als traditionell. Als Synonym für traditionell nennt der Duden „herkömmlich" , aber waren jene nicht eigentlich herausragende Dichter?Zweifellos waren sie es, doch nach ihnen kam die Moderne: „neu[zeitlich]; zeitgemäß" . Die Stile, die Dante, Petrarca, Tasso oder Leopardi im Verlauf der Jahrhunderte pflegten, wurden beiseite gelegt und man wandte sich neuen Mitteln zu.Den Anfang dazu machten französische Dichter wie Rimbaud, Baudelaire und Mallarmé, die Modernität der Lyrik begann. In Frankreich begann die Moderne bereits um 1850, in den anderen Nationalliteraturen hingegen mit Verzögerung, so etwa in Deutschland erst Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts mit dem Naturalismus. In Italien, das nicht nur geographisch sondern auch kulturell eine Halbinsel war, fasste die Moderne noch später Fuß. Hier gilt „Ossi di seppia" (1925) von Eugenio Montale als eines der ersten modernen lyrischen Werke.Da infolge dessen nun das Gros der Lyriker begann, sich von den traditionellen Formen ab- und den neuen zuzuwenden, scheinen diese doch auf einmal zeitgemäß, während jene früheren Aushängeschilder der italienischen Kultur nur als noch herkömmlich gelten.Die Hausarbeit gibt einen Überblick über die verschiedenen literarischen Strömungen im Italien des 20. Jahrhunderts und stellt dabei Franco Fortini als Intellektuellen und Lyriker vor.
