Trauma has left us feeling stilted from the take-charge, carpe diem life of connection and purpose that we long for. A life where we are confident and clear in the direction that we should go and the type of people we should connect with to have a life full of meaning and joy. This book is about my journey of healing from trauma and the freedom that can be experienced by facing trauma head-on and processing pain amid a healing community to achieve clarity, purpose, and connection.
