Hello, my name is Alicia Griffin. I am an Artist and Spiritual Wellness Mindset Coach. I am the Founder and CEO of C'MEE LLC and Saved By Words Academy. Course creator of "Forgiveness Is For Me" (I forgave what I never heard and moved on). I was divinely inspired and encouraged by loved ones to share my journey of Injustice, Health and Triumph. My Testament of how I overcame Unforgiveness. The end of Defeat and the beginning of Victory. Forgiveness is not an easy topic to discuss, but with faith, there is room for a Breakthrough. Faithfully for twenty years, I worked in the medical field. I studied five hours a day in medical school, six days a week, and became a straight-A student. I was admired and hired before my internship was completed. Since I was a teenager, I have been passionate about serving the community. I was known for being calm in alarming situations. Over the years, many co-workers would ask me to comfort their patients.
In 2016, I made a formal complaint on a provider I worked with. That day was the beginning of the end of my career. A series of retaliation toward me. Being a former Union Representative of eleven years, I documented. I knew my rights and followed protocols. I reached out to the proper channels. In return, a lack of investigation and complaints ignored. No one was held accountable. I was Defamed, Bullied, Discriminated against, Retaliated on and Demoted. As I fought for my rights, I became exhausted, emotionally and physically sick. I went into deep Depression and Anxiety. I had two urgent medical leaves. The second leave was indefinite. The Company refused to acknowledge or approve my injury as an Industrial claim. Instead, the Human Resources Department coded me as a Personal leave of absence.
The egregious roller coaster of events that I experienced declined my health tremendously. Over time, I went from the bubbly character I was known to be to a frail, sick, sad lady. "Guess What"? I never received an apology! I endured the cloudy journey of Unforgiveness. God "Delivered Me"! I believe my story will help you deal with the struggle of Unforgiveness in your heart. Forgiving what you never heard and moving on is possible. You might say, "How is that possible, Alicia"? I would tell you, "Your Forgiveness is for you".
