Personalmente, la descrivo come un'opera molto introspettiva nella quale sono riuscito a estirpare per la prima volta i miei sentimenti e convertirli in qualcosa di più concreto attraverso la scrittura, diversamente sarebbero rimasti per sempre soffocati dentro la mia coscienza.''La poesia è pericolosa se non la sai usare. Lo dicono tutti, puoi farti del male. Dicono sia un talento che non va sprecato. Hanno ragione, a pieno regime. Ma è pur vero che soventemente non bisogna esagerare, un po' come per il vino. Vivere di poesia è un po' come essere perpetuamente ubriachi, su un altro pianeta. Così ho deciso di scrivere un libro.''
