Die Frage„Wie kann Leitung im Konfliktfeld zwischen Leitungsrolle und Teammitgliedschaftgelingen?" soll erforscht werden. Um diese Frage klären zu können wird zunächst einmalder Begriff des Teams näher beleuchtet. Wie entwickelte sich dieser Begriff? Was ist einTeam? Und welche Bedeutung liegt in der Rollenverteilung? Diese Fragen sollen in den ersten drei Punkten erläutert werden. Im folgenden Punkt werden Faktoren, die zu einergelingenden Teamarbeit führen, aufgezeigt. Anschließend wird geklärt welcheKompetenzen ein erfolgreicher Leiter, besitzen sollte. Besonderes Augenmerk möchte ichauf die Soziale Kompetenz legen, die eine wichtige Voraussetzung für erfolgreichesFühren darstellt.
