The book also discusses our work lives' extant popular myths and unpopular realities. The poem Layoff-Reclaim presents a high-level overview and depicts inter-alia

The popular practices, (mis) communication, (mis) understanding, the ups and downs at work
From recruitment to layoffs and the aftermath on people's lives, it inspires them to take charge of their lives to blaze a new trail.
This breaks many myths and leads to more realistic expectations from organizations and ourselves, and leads to a greater introspection among all the stakeholders.
This will give an excellent understanding to the readers who are yet to join the workforce or are early in their careers.
I am starting a non-fiction series titled 'Popular Myths and Unpopular Realities about People and Organisations.' In my first book, I will be examining, in great detail, the popular myth of 'organizations being families' across countries and cultures of East and West, the current status, possibilities, constraints, and opportunities. This book will be published in the next 4-6 weeks.
This book is also a tribute to the wondrous creation of the Almighty, His Divine Designs and Delights.
I am sure the poems will find companions in your hearts and minds. You will experience and relive the events of your life, per your choosing, and heal yourself through words expressed, unexpressed.

Like the Creation and each one of us, the design has 5 elements. 1.Earth 2. Water 3. Fire 4. Air 5. Ether. Amidst this, is the Cherry Blossom Tree in full bloom. These trees blossom only for a short period and there are events world over to watch when they bloom. Same is the case with our lives – celebrations, yet fleeting, yet the eternal recurrence.
