Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2022 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Erwachsenenbildung, Note: 1,3, Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg (Pädagogik), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel dieser Forschung ist die Darlegung eines umfassenden Verständnisses der Auswirkungen des Emergency Remote Teachings auf die Zielgruppe der höherqualifizierten Geflüchteten in der wissenschaftlichen Weiterbildung. Durch zielgruppenbezogene Optimierungen des Emergency Remote Teachings während der Covid-19-Pandemie sollen zukünftig die spezifischen Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmendengruppe vermehrt berücksichtigt werden. Dazu wurde die leitende Forschungsfrage "Welche Herausforderungen und Problemlagen, aber auch Chancen des Emergency Remote Teachings erleben höherqualifizierte Geflüchtete in der wissenschaftlichen Weiterbildung und wie kann dieses auf Basis ihrer Erfahrungen und Bedürfnisse zielgruppenorientiert optimiert werden?" gewählt. Diesbezüglich wurden leitfadengestützte teilnarrative Einzelinterviews mit vier geflüchteten Teilnehmenden der wissenschaftlichen Weiterbildung Kontaktstudium: Pädagogische Kompetenz in der Migrationsgesellschaft erhoben. Als Auswertungsmethode der Interviews diente die inhaltlich-strukturierende qualitative Inhaltsanalyse nach Kuckartz.Die Forschungsergebnisse legen diverse Herausforderungen und Probleme, aber auch Chancen dar, aus denen zielgruppen- und bedürfnisorientierte Optimierungsoptionen des ERTs abgeleitet wurden, welche sich v.a. auf die Implementierung von unterstützenden Angeboten beziehen.
