Das Projekt beleuchtet die Problematik der Frage nach pädagogischer Rechtmäßigkeit in Theorie und Praxis, vor dem historischen Kontext pädagogisch-transzendentalkritischer Theoriebemühungen. Anhand der Gegenüberstellung des prinzipienwissenschaftlichen Ansatzes von Marian Heitger und skeptisch-transzendentalkritischen Einsatzes von Wolfgang Fischer, vergleicht die Arbeit dialektisch zwei theoretische Diskurse, nimmt allgemeinpädagogische Grundprobleme in ihre Fragestellung auf und diskutiert teilweise aktuelle Hochschulstrukturen. In einer hermeneutischen und kritisch-analytischen Erarbeitung wird die These erörtert, ob die Frage nach der pädagogischen Aufgabe, ihrer Rechtmäßigkeit und damit Gültigkeit und Verbindlichkeit, im Spannungsfeld von grundlegender Systematik und skeptisch-transzendentalkritischen Prüfens gedacht werden sollte.This investigation focuses on the question of pedagogical legitimacy in pedagogic theory and practice and describes the historical context of transcendentalcritical efforts in pedagogic theory. It introduces to the transcendental term and the relevance of the question as a matter of principal, by contrasting the principle theory of Marian Heitger and the critical transcendental-skepticalness of Wolfgang Fischer. This project regards general basic problems of pedagogy, compares two theoretical discourses dialectically and partially examines structures of current university reforms. Using a hermeneutic and critical method, the question of pedagogic work and its legitimacy and commitment is targeted by advocating the reciprocally necessity of constitutive systematic and skeptical-transcendentalcritical proving.
