Die drei Drillinge wurden nach der lebensbedrohlichen Katastrophe getrennt und fanden ihr neues Leben auf zwei Inseln und Bad Homburg. Nach vielen Jahrzehnten der Sehnsucht nach den Brüdern haben sich glückliche Zufälle ergeben. Jeder der Drillinge hat ein völlig ungewohntes und anderes Leben bis dahin geführt.
