Die empirische Studie zeigt auf, welche Ursachen für die Probleme der türkischen Kinder beim Erwerb der Zweitsprache Deutsch aus der Sicht der türkischsprechenden MuttersprachenlehrerInnen sowie der Eltern von türkischen SchülerInnen angegeben werden und welche Rolle die Muttersprache beim Erwerb der Zweitsprache spielt.Zu diesem Zweck führte die Autorin acht teilstandardisierte Leitfaden-Interviews mit jeweils vier MuttersprachenlehrerInnen und vier Elternteilen von türkischen SchülerInnen. Die Analyse der geführten Interviews basiert auf der qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Philipp Mayring. Abschließend wurden die Ergebnisse aus den Gesprächen mit den MuttersprachenlehrerInnen und die Aussagen der Eltern miteinander verglichen und zusammengefasst.Dieses Buch nimmt bei der Erstellung und Auswertung der Interviews Bezug auf die Langzeitstudie zum Thema 'Spracherwerb in der Migration' von der Linguistin Dr. Katharina Brizic.
