Martin Klopfer, er weiß es nicht, schließlich passiert so etwas nicht jeden Tag. Zumindest geschah es noch nie in seinem Leben, er weiß damit nicht umzugehen. Was also tun, könnte man sich fragen, zu dieser Zeit an diesem Ort? Was könnte bloß helfen, um dies zu verdauen, was gekaut werden muss, das Schlucken bleibt nach wie vor schwer. Wie geht es jetzt weiter, wie gestaltet man sich nun diese Sache, die sich Leben nennt? Ja, was wird letztlich kommen, wenn alles wie gehabt vonstattengeht? Sie bleiben offen, diese Fragen aus dem Alltag, begleiten ihm in seinem Dasein. Und dennoch, all das Grübeln, all diese Regung, für einen Fremden, der ein Fremder bleibt.
