Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Medienpädagogik, Note: 1,7, FernUniversität Hagen, Veranstaltung: Allgemeine Didaktik und Mediendidaktik, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die zunehmende Globalisierung und die damit verbundene strukturelle Veränderung der westlichen Industriegesellschaften lässt den Bedarf an Erwerb von Wissen stetig steigen. Die Lernenden sehen sich mit steigenden Anfor- derungen konfrontiert. Vorliegende Arbeit soll am Beispiel eines „Bildungswissenschaftlers im Bereich Design und Entwicklung von Lernmaterialien" zeigen, wie anhand des 4C/ID Modells komplexe kognitive Fähigkeiten erfolgreich erlernt werden können. Das Vier-Komponenten-Instruktionsdesign-Modell (four-component instructional design model), kurz 4C/ID Modell, wurde 1997 von Van Merriënboer vorgestellt. Die Komponenten des Modells werden beispielhaft an o.g. Berufsbild erläutert, wobei ein sogenannter Blueprint (Lehrplanentwurf) erstellt wird. Moderne Instruktionsdesigns orientieren sich an der Alltagsrealität und vermitteln anwendbares Wissen, indem sie zur Wissensvermittlung authentische Lernumgebungen schaffen. Das Lernen erfolgt hier kompetenzbasiert in realitätsnahen, authentischen Kontexten innerhalb einer sehr komplexen Umgebung, in der der Lernende aktiv Handlungswissen erwirbt (Bastiaens, Deimann, Schrader & Orth, 2010). Im theoretischen Teil der Arbeit wird der lerntheoretische Bezugsrahmen des 4C/ID Modells erläutert und ein abschließendes Fazit gezogen.
