When we are going through a time of pain, may it be physical or emotional; it’s difficult for the mind to accept that this is the way it was planned out. This is why it’s important to embrace the knowledge laying dormant in your Highest Self on a daily basis to understand this acceptance and surrendering process. When you are feeling emotions that don’t feel good, it’s a clue that you are off track. When you are feeling emotions that are good, it’s a clue you are on track and living your life from a state of inspiration or in alignment with higher Source Energy.
