The local union committee is plotting against him and each other. In the kitchen there’s a caterer with a gambling problem and a chaplain who wants to know where the bodies are to be (re)buried. Down at headquarters in the Press Office they’re trying to do damage limitation, whilst up at Snapethorpe yet more scandals are getting into the newspapers.
