Trek through the jungles of the Amazon in search for an elusive medicinal plant that treats depression, then head to New York City and get mistaken for an extremely wealthy person in SoHo. A wide display of art fills the pages, too, from Andy Warhol Foundation recipient Bean Gilsdorf to self-taught Forest Salazar. No doubt about it. The Portland scene is bursting with extraordinary talent, and Buckman is here to deliver the goods.
