Our own abilities, strengths, and talents must be "set aside" in order for the picture of the strong man's gospel to impact us. Similar to the rails on which a train rides, brokenness and the strong man's gospel are parallel tracks we must journey together for the effectiveness of either to be fully realized. When this happens, people will be able to see God's glory and His presence in us. We will have embraced brokenness and the strong man's gospel and employed their benefits in our life.  Jerry is a husband, father, grandfather, and pastor who is on a journey to walk hand in hand with Jesus every day.
