She was an editorfor Calyx Books for 32 years, is former president of the Oregon Poetry Association and is current president of PEN Women in Portland. Linda is a member of Marys Peak Poets, Poetic License, Children's Book Writers, Writing the Wrongs to Rights, part of the Women's March. She plays competitive and cooperative Scrabble and is a fan of dance, gymnastics, art, plays, physics and metaphysics.
