Description
There are tons of diets out there, but why should you pick the Alkaline diet?
It’s easy to dismiss the alkaline diet as just another bunch of weight loss hype, but that, would be a mistake. Blood pH and alkalinity versus acidity are about survival, not weight loss. Our bodies were designed to function at a blood pH just above 7 (neutral) or just at an alkaline level. Anything more acidic by even a few points, can mean serious health consequences. Combining this with fasting, will make sure your body is cleansed of all its toxins first. So you can then give it the nourishment it needs.
This paperback includes the following 2 manuscripts:
1. Alkaline Diet: Ultimate Guide for Beginners - Naturally Lose Weight, Reverse Disease and Gain Unlimited Energy
2. OMAD: Intermittent Fasting Guide to Losing Fat, Increasing your Spirituality and Getting More Work Done
Key Concepts Discussed in This Book:
- What alkalinity is, and why you should care.
- Natural ways of losing weight and improving your health without counting calories.
- The various benefits of alkalinity.
- Different methods of intermittent fasting and their benefits.

- Alkaline herbs and supplements to improve your wellbeing.
