Jan had a vision, she could see herself wining a gold medal, she never told anyone where she could witness this, yet she went on to win gold at a very young age in State Championships for Athletics. How we use our mind is a key factor to the end results we achieve in life. It wasnt until later in life she has the chance to study areas of personal development that it all started to make more sense of the vision to win at a young age. Now learning this at an older age was good however it is not taught in schools so Jan's journey takes you on the path to find that magic in you. To speak to self in the higher elements of life and know that is a guide for you and in all things you do. I did it to win and I now do it for everything. it just takes a wee bit longer at the older age due to other conditioning along the way. The message of the book really reaches you on many levels in life and to be aware of how our intuition is working and sharing messages to us is a huge key to success in life. It only took one small comment at a family gathering to crush the dream and I never ran again. I achieve other things in life i just lost my drive towards the dream. its back now an im going for gold with this book and other projects.
