Swami Kriyananda (1926-2013) has been a direct disciple for over sixty years of the great yoga master, Paramhansa Yogananda (author of the classic, Autobiography of a Yogi). He is widely considered one of the foremost experts on meditation, yoga, and spiritual practice, having authored more than 140 books on these subjects.
Kriyananda was the founder of Ananda, an international organization committed to the dissemination of Yogananda's teachings.
