A Bradford Pal

Contains previously unpublished material. An interesting story which, through the eyes of an ordinary soldier, touches on much of the Great War's major events, embracing the unusual circumstances of marriage to a French girl while the war still raged and leading into post-war work in France with the Imperial War Graves Commission.
