Im zweiten Band werden der kritische Apparat mit Varianten und Erläuterungen, die Überlieferungen, die Datierungsbegründungen und Berichtigungen zu den Stücken des ersten Bandes nachgetragen und mit Sach-, Schriften- und Stellenverzeichnissen aus dem Corpus juris civilis und dem Corpus juris canonici für beide Bände ergänzt.
