Er entdeckte, dass er nicht nur Anfang der 1990er Jahre bereits als Slacker in Norddeutschland gelebt hat, sondern, dass er dies noch immer und schon wieder tut.Was lag da ferner, als dem Phänomen ein Facelifting zu verpassen, um es dabei in Grund und Boden zu rammen?!In 80 Zeichnungen führt Klook uns einmal um die Welt der Nichtwisser, Schlechtmacher, Bonsai-, Tulpen- und Kriegs-Verweigerer, selbstlosen Selbstverwirklicher und ewigen Vorlesungsverzeichnis kommentierenden Studienanbbrecher.Was diese so in den Hinterstübchen ihrer Hirnwindungen treiben, davon handelt diese Buchlette. Noch nie war es so wertlos wie heute. Aber das macht gar nix, weil: "Status seekers, I have never cared. They seize the world and shake it upside down. And every stinking bum should wear a crown", singt Iggy Pop im Song "Cry for love".Es entstand so ganz nebenbei das Kompendium "1200 Jahre im August - Slackers w(i)e like us: SINN at losigkeit".Was das soll? Keine Ahnung. Es macht einfach Spaß. Und man kann anderen und sich selbst beim Scheitern zusehen. Das ist wohl das Mindeste, was man in diesen Zeiten erwarten darf.
