宋德丽，中国作家协会会员，中国诗歌协会会员，云南省作家协会会员，上海通俗文艺二届名誉理事、三届名誉副会长。1987 年开始发表作品，在《诗刊》《人民文学》《诗探索》《青年文学》《诗选刊》《诗歌月刊》《星星》《大家》《诗歌报》《诗人》《边疆文学》《滇池》《青春诗歌》等刊物及中诗网等网站发表作品1000 余篇。有诗收入《全国诗歌报刊集萃》及美国洛杉矶《新大陆》，创作事迹收入《中国当代文艺家词典》《云南作家传略》。多次在全国、省、地、市获文学创作奖。著有诗集《瞳仁里的月亮》《隐形岁月》《翅膀上的神灵》《心如旷野的鸟》《高枝上俯视人间》等。现在中国少年儿童出版社工作。
