加拿大中国笔会（Chinese Pen Society of Canada）的前身是"天南海北笔会"，赵慧泉、胡清龙前后任会长。1995年7月2日，加中笔会正式成立于多伦多大学医学部，王兆军任首任会长。胡清龙、洪天国、孙博、曾晓文先后任会长。现任会长为孙博，副会长为雪犁、西风，理事包括李静明、邓思杰、文章、叔丁、静语、子卿，顾问为痖弦、刘荒田。
