诗词评论家丁国成的《话说诗道》,汇集了作者撰写的有关诗词理论、写作心得的文章,探讨了诗的创作规律和艺术规则。当中有不少涉及到当代诗歌发展过程中所产生的想法,是中国诗词创作的写照。
丁国成,1939年生于黑龙江肇东,1965年毕业于吉林大学中文系,分配到中国文化部艺术局。1976年初到《诗刊》。历任中国作协五、六届全委委员及七、八届名誊委员,《诗刊》常务副主编,《诗国》主编,中华诗词学会副会长及《中华诗词》常务副主编等。现为中国作协九届全委名誉委员、中华诗词学会顾问等。编审,享受国务院特殊津贴。著有诗论集《古今诗坛》《诗法臆说》《诗词琐议》《诗学探秘》《新旧诗说》等,主编《中国新时期争鸣诗精选》《中华诗词 • 十年评论选》《中华诗词二十年选萃 • 评论卷》《中华诗词学会三十年 • 诗词选》(与高昌合作)等。荣获首届"聂绀弩诗词奖 • 诗词评论奖"、第二届"东坡诗词奖 • 诗论特别奖"等。
