Well-being in the couple

The book emphasizes the importance of studying the features of attachment and emotional intelligence, as it opens up the possibility of optimizing relationships through a deeper understanding of the emotional processes and states that arise between people in the process of interpersonal interaction. In the course of the study, connections were found between the components of emotional intelligence, attachment style in close relationships and the assessment of their well-being. This indicates the need to reduce the expression of destructive patterns of attachment in the context of marital interaction in order to achieve harmony in the couple.I hope that my work can be used both by practical psychologists within the framework of family counseling and by direct participants of family interaction.
