Margaret Bearman is a writer and an academic. Her first novel, Above the Water, was published by Simon & Schuster in 2002. She's written for radio, theatre and made award-winning short films. Her academic research explores the complexity of learning and working in a post-digital age. She lives in Melbourne with her family.
