Russian Cedid Movement and Rızaeddin b. Fahreddin's Understanding of Fiqh

In this study, the Jadid movement in Russia was examined in detail in terms of historical process, and one of the people who played a role in this movement, Rızaeddin b. Fahreddin's understanding of fiqh, his approach to current issues and his method are discussed.
