Rural Livelihoods Resilience Management

In Iran, although measures related to social security and protection of the poor and vulnerable rural people has a history of at least 40 years, but the achievements of the program in terms of reducing poverty and income vulnerability in rural areas of the country is not striking, thus the fundamental precondition for results in poverty reduction programs is performing systematic scientific studies to identify and analyze poverty.An important part of poverty and hunger live in rural areas, so we can say that success in poverty alleviation programs need to develop scientific studies of poverty in rural areas and constant effort to improve the quantity and quality of these studies
