Project Finance and Risk Factors

Project finance is non-recourse or limited recourse financing arrangement adopted most by developing countries to finance capital-intensive projects. This research work, therefore considers Project Finance as a viable mechanism for financing major developmental projects. More importantly, this work considers potential risks inherent in Project Finance and ultimately how such risk(s) can be identified, allocated and managed by the project participants.
