Sports achievements and movements are gaining momentum by scientific investigations in modern times in terms of training. The research has produced valid and precise information about the relative effects of training methods. As a result, we know much more than before about how to develop endurance, power, agility, speed and other athletic skills. In this study, to know the effects of Pilates training, Plyometric training and combination of Pilates and Plyometric training on motor fitness variables among college men, the investigator applied t-test for finding whether there is any statistically significant pre-test to post-test mean differences. ANCOVA test applied to find out the significance of 'adjusted post-test mean' differences between the experimental and control groups for each variables. Whenever the 'F' ratios were found to be significant, Scheffe's post hoc test was applied to test the significant difference between the paired and the adjusted means. In all these statistical tests, level of significance was chosen at 0.05 level of confidence.
