This write-up is not targeted at the conservative diner but the ‘niche’ segment who desire to check out unexplored vistas of culinary delights known only to a select few ‘foodies’ who are passionate about discovering the ‘less travelled road’ and sharing it amongst their network of like-minded foodizens.
