Maintenance Training in the Technical Services

This paper tries to determine what features of the maintenance training program of the technical services represent problems which warrant improvement and are applicable to any or all of the technical services. Advanced specialist training for enlisted personnel, maintenance training of officer and civilian personnel, and unit maintenance training under mobilization training programs are detailed.
