Life as a Depressed Person

Life with depression takes its toll on everyone not only the person effected with the illness . I hope maybe this book will give a little insight into this illness and help those that have been effected by depression. I try to describe what I have gone through in my depressive state the best way that I can in this book.Everyone who has this illness goes through it in different ways.
