Colebourne's Latin Sentence and Idiom is one of the classic course books revived by Bristol Classical Press. First published by Methuen in 1947, it is still widely used today. Grammatical contructions are carefully introduced throughout. Exercises in the form of sentences and, later on in the book, more extended passages, are included. The book also includes a vocabulary.
