Foliar application as a smart agriculture tool

The use of nanotechnology as a fertilizer has been suggested in various researches as a tool for promoting progressive nutrients use efficiency, lessening nutrients losses through water irrigation and volatilization and enhancing crop yield stability, then reduce the need for frequent fertilizer applications and consequently decrease the total costs. Nano-fertilizers and foliar fertilization as smart tools for the focus of attention at present smart agriculture applications, because using nano-fertilizers foliar spraying lead to improving yield and quality as well as mitigating biotic and a biotic stresses and reducing the environmental pollution which can support global food productivity sustainably to enhance field crops productivity.
