Clinical Pharmacy Activity From Theory To Practice

The work refers to practical aspects of the activity of Clinical Pharmacy. Research is included on identifying medical prescription errors in community pharmacy addressing pediatric population with respiratory disease, on observing the incidence of NSAIDs-induced digestive lesions, on pharmacovigilance data and on orienting toward drug-repurposing. Recommendations are suggested toward pivotal role of pharmacist in orienting prescription for a better benefit-to-risk ratio for therapeutical drugs.
