Tom Skinnery never pictured himself as a crime buster. Tom, the evening supervisor for the main BridgeWater Hotels call center, is preoccupied with his receding hair line, his plans for a Disney World vacation and how to convince his beautiful brunette coworker to go out with him. Yet Tom finds himself in the middle of a conspiracy that involves an obscene caller, a credit card theft ring and a terrorist group.His focus changes when Tom realizes that the safety of his employees, people he considers his eccentric family, is threatened. Tom taps into an inner reserve of strength and courage that allows him to come to their defense.
