It is the end of days. The biblical Apocalypse of St John has arrived and small bands of survivors struggle against the ruthless Revelationist terrorists in the harsh Australian desert.
The 'house rat' city survivors set out to join Sundown's Commando on the edge of the Simpson Desert. Armoured Cavalry Sergeant Nulla, and his motley group find the trek to sanctuary is not as safe as they'd hoped. The teenagers, forced to defend their friends against a brutal assault, show maturity beyond their years. Confronted with annihilation they react with a ferocious savagery of their own. 
But the city dwellers have no time to settle, their dream sanctuary is shattered when disaster strikes the commando. 
Set in the city of Adelaide and the harsh Australian desert - accompany Sundown and his commando to Alice Springs, Birdsville, Mt Isa, Mungerannie and Marree as the commando seek to survive any way they can.
