Electoral propaganda

This topic aims to analyse the various forms of use of the media through electoral propaganda, whether in mere non-compliance, characterising irregular propaganda, or with the qualification of abuse of power in its various forms. Secondly, the appropriate actions for each type of conduct will be analysed, along with the applicable sanctions, ending with an analysis of case law on the subject.
